The band will be playing at the Grantham Arts Centre on Saturday 20th September 2025 and tickets are on sale through the Arts Centre box office at £12 with a special price of £10 for over 60’s to celebrate our ten years since the formation of the band. The concert is in aid of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust and as a charity band, the band members do not receive payment for their efforts.

The music is eclectic, with songs and instrumentals from the 1920’s through to the 1950’s and 60’s. Big band numbers, swing, jazz, blues and pop hits together with film scores will feature in the concert with Grantham singer, Steve Sale, taking the lead on vocals and musical director Jonathan Barker conducting the dynamic sound – and playing trombone – at the front.

The band will also be playing in the Bottesford Village Hall on Saturday 4th October in support of Lion’s charities. For more information on the band, please see our web site www.belvoirbigband.co.uk . We hope to see many of the Village Link readers at both these events.
