Our group, Helping Hands Grantham is committed to supporting our community in various ways. Whether it be through providing direct support or connecting individuals with appropriate resources, we are here to help.

Our vision is of a caring, supportive and inclusive community that comes together to help those in need.

Prefer to visit us in person – our friendly team is here to help you find the right support network dependent on your needs. You can visit us at our community centre, located at Unit 1 & 2, 37-39 East Street Grantham, NG31 6QW.
Helping hands in times of need. No matter what your circumstances, we are here to help everyone. Together, we make a difference in our community. Walk in Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm. Also open the first Saturday of every month.
